CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations & rescheduling • Cancelling or rescheduling must be done 48 hours before your appointment. • Cancelling or rescheduling after 48 hours requires a new deposit. • If you reschedule 48 hours before your appointment you can move your deposit to your new appointment. • Cancelling or rescheduling the day of your appointment will have to pay a $30 fee and future bookings will be refused until paid. • No call/no shows who do not contact me will have to pay a $60 fee and future bookings will be refused until paid. Late Arrivals • Please let me know if you’re running late. • I have a 15 minute grace period. After that, the appointment is canceled Deposit Transfers • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be moved to a rescheduled appointment if made before 48 hours • If you owe me any money from not paying a service or owed a deposit and did not pay that I will notify you first and if you disregard my message I will charge your card for what you owe
